Building bridges for the future through collaborative projects
I think that we build empathy by getting to know a person more and more, seeing what their life is like, and being able to put ourselves in their shoes to have a general idea of their feelings, or how they will act. When collaborating with others, I think that empathy is important because we can then see their viewpoint and where they're getting their ideas from.
I am currently a 17 year old senior at DAHS in Wisconsin. I used to play hockey until I moved schools to where I live now. On my free time I am either working, with friends, or practicing hockey for fun, even though I don't play anymore. My mom lives 2 hours away on around 35 acres with various types of animals. I look forward to blogging and meeting new people.
