Building bridges for the future through collaborative projects
1. How "flat" was your learning?
Very "flat," as I was able to connect with people across the nation and across the world, thousands of miles away in just seconds.
2. What was new and exciting to you?
The ability to connect with people around the globe in seconds and collaborate with them on a project is very exciting to me. Sharing my ideas and interests with others is one of my favorite things to do.
3. What didn't work and could be improved?
There are a lot of time conflicts dealing with the collaboration as everyone is in a different time zone, so it's hard to directly work with them at the same time. Some of the instructions also seemed a little complicated at first.
4. What should all students experience in high school?
Every high school student should get to connect and make friends with others, whether they be right there in the school or thousands of miles away. Being able to have friends and interact with them is one of the most important things in life and high school should give people an opportunity to do just that.
5. How do we make this happen?
By giving the opportunity for us to spend time with others, either in person or over a mobile device.
