How's empathy important

I think that we build empathy by getting to know a person more and more, seeing what their life is like, and being able to put ourselves in their shoes to have a general idea of their feelings, or how they will act. When collaborating with others, I think that empathy is important because we can then see their viewpoint and where they're getting their ideas from.See More

I am currently a 17 year old senior at DAHS in Wisconsin. I used to play hockey until I moved schools to where I live now. On my free time I am either working, with friends, or practicing hockey for fun, even though I don't play anymore. My mom lives 2 hours away on around 35 acres with various types of animals. I look forward to blogging and meeting new people.

Hi Calvin that's amazing that you have so much land and animals. I remember how fun and interesting it is living on a farm with the land and animals. However, I don't live there anymore on the farm. I had the land and animals when i lived in West Virginia from 2005-2010. I loved it there we had four-wheeler, dirt bikes, jet-skis, over 400 animals from dogs, cats, mice, snakes, lizards, horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, donkeys, geese, ducks, chickens, and potbelly pigs. I really miss it even though its been almost 8 years since i moved. Do all of your animals get along and are they all together or separated throughout the land?
